Services Description

All Time Paint & Plaster provides professional residential and commercial painting services throughout Northern New Jersey, including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, deck staining, and specialty finishes. Specific services, pricing, and timelines are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Final pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon in the signed contract.
• Additional work beyond the original scope may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
• Prices may vary based on material costs, project complexity, and accessibility.

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and customer satisfaction.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

Scheduling and Access

• Customers must provide reasonable access to the work area during scheduled times.
• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.
• We will communicate any schedule changes as promptly as possible.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer a workmanship guarantee on all painting services. If you notice any issues with our work due to application or preparation defects, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will address the concern at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from third parties, or issues resulting from underlying structural problems.

Customer Responsibilities

• Inform us of any known hazards, allergies, or special requirements.
• Move or protect valuable items, electronics, and fragile objects before work begins.
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas for safety.
• Provide accurate information about the surfaces to be painted, including any previous repairs or known issues.

Limitation of Liability

All Time Paint & Plaster is fully licensed and insured. However, our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by others, or issues arising from factors beyond our control. Any claims must be reported within 7 days of project completion.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of All Time Paint & Plaster and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
